6 Week Wellness Programme specifically for Women :
- Approaching or moving through the menopause years.
- Who have managed themselves through the menopause
- Who have powered through to the post menopause stage without the current noise in the media about it and may be troubled with aching joints or other issues.
I know how it feels when the energy you once relied on starts to dip, and the body you’ve always known begins to feel different. It can sometimes be overwhelming.
Over our six weeks together, we will focus on:
- Reclaiming Your Energy: Gentle practices and habits designed to lift that ‘heavy’ feeling and restore your body’s natural rhythms
- Nurturing the Nervous System: Soft, mindful techniques to manage the stress and sleep changes that often come with these years.
- Movement for the Body You’re In: Flowing enjoyable movements to enable you to stress less and think less. Based on Yoga and taught in a way that meets you where you are. Not over- stretching and without getting into positions that feel impossible.
- Supportive, Welcoming and Accessible: All practices can be done on a chair if you wish. No need to have any experience of Yoga.
My hope is that over these 42 days, you’ll begin to feel more like you again… grounded, rested, and more empowered. With over 30 years’ experience of Personal Development Coaching and a more therapeutic style of Yoga teaching it is my privilege to create a safe space, facilitate sessions and create a sense of community which supports you on your wellness journey.
