I have a natural affinity and ability to assist and coach others to grasp their aspirations and help crystalise their future intentions. Whilst an Associate with Working Transitions I have been fortunate to have coached internationally across many sectors. My work stems from my own core values and beliefs that all people are unique, creative and whole.

You will need to dig deep to rediscover your latent qualities and be proud of who you are. This will lead to a focused level of self-esteem so that all your future employers have the opportunity to see your value and engage with your natural your valuable talents. This will help you so that when you are applying for jobs and having interviews you can freely and confidently sell yourself.  Together we can identify your transferable skills and unique strengths in a way that you can write about them and talk about them to secure the job you want and move forward successfully in your career.

It is very common to talk ourselves out of an opportunity before we even start applying because we are convinced we won’t be successful. I will work with you to uncover your natural potential and overcome your limiting beliefs.
